Congratulations Karen & Mike

I was blessed to take part in one of the most fun weddings I have been to. Karen & Mike were married at The Chapel in Mudelein IL. After the ceremony we went to Independence Grove in Libertyville IL for the portraits with the bridal party and family. Both, Karen & Mike were amazingly fun and up to do pretty much anything I asked, even putting on fireman’s boots – Karen;-), and getting in a row boat, and let’s not forget the “looking to the future” picture (hint: look for babies). From there we headed to the reception which was held at the Holiday Inn in Crystal Lake IL, which is an amazingly beautiful venue. We had a ton of fun shooting the portraits in Independence Grove, we shot in some amazing wooden structures, in the row boat, and in some beautiful rolling hills. And we were extremely blessed because right when we were shooting in those beautiful hills it started raining, but they were great sports, they were more worried about my camera then about themselves getting wet. We got a bit wet, but right after we got in the cars, it really started coming down. Here are a few of the images I created for them and as always, your comments are welcome.
