Karen & Maggie Senior Pictures…

Karen and Maggie are two of the most wonderful and easy going girls you’ll ever meet. Â Karen is my neighbor and she has baby sit our kids in the past and Maggie is Karen’s best friend. Â They have also helped me in the past with a photo project for our church, so I have known them for a while now. Â They wanted to get their Senior pictures done, but they wanted their senior pictures to be different, and fun, and fashiony (is that a word?). Â I think we accomplished that, and we didn’t have to go any place exotic, we went around town to a few places and we used natural backdrops from a park to an abandoned house to the construction downtown. Â Even though both of them were together, I tried to give each of them different images. Â Below are some of the images I created for them. Krista’s Senior Pictures…

I met Krista when I was shooting Caitlin’s senior pictures.Â Krista and Cait are good friends and as I explained the idea behind the senior pictures session for Cait, Krista was exited and agreed to join in on the fun.Â My only regret is that Independence Grove was closing kind of early that day and I didn’t have as much time as I would have liked to create more images of Krista since she is a very beautiful young lady with a great personality.Â So here is a small sample of the images I created for her.Â To start the slideshow simply click on the image and press the space bar.Â Be sure to leave me some comments as well.

Caitlin’s Senior Pictures…

I had the privilege of shooting Caitlin’s Senior pictures at Indepence Grove in Libertyville IL.Â Caitlin is the daughter of a good friend of mine and we met for an afternoon to create some images that I could use for my upcoming Senior’s site.Â Yup, that is in the works and will be up soon.Â When I met Caitlin she was with her friend Krista, who was also nice enough to let me take some of her pictures as well, so some of her pictures are going up on the site together with Caitlin’s.Â So I meet them and they are fairly relaxed and we chat for a bit and then we start the session.Â And I am going at it, trying to be as creative as I can, coming up with shots like this one below…

I just love it when my subjects are transparent with me Â Sorry Cait, couldn’t resist, but it’s all in good fun.Â Actually, the slideshow below has some of the images I was able to create for her.Â A bit later I’ll post some of Krista as well and I am sure she is going to love them.Â To start the slideshow, simply click on the image and press the space bar.
